{"id":1062,"date":"2022-02-15T15:06:15","date_gmt":"2022-02-15T18:06:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nuevo.impresion3d.website\/?p=1062"},"modified":"2022-02-15T15:06:15","modified_gmt":"2022-02-15T18:06:15","slug":"how-to-make-a-spotify-keychain-for-3d-printing-in-tinkercad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/impresion3d.net\/en\/como-hacer-un-llavero-de-spotify-para-impresion-3d-en-tinkercad\/","title":{"rendered":"How to Make a Spotify Keychain for 3D Printing in Tinkercad"},"content":{"rendered":"<script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-6776248940222703\"\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\n<!-- Display Adaptable Impresi\u00f3n 3D -->\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\n     style=\"display:block\"\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6776248940222703\"\n     data-ad-slot=\"1096312525\"\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spotify is an app available on Android, Windows, and other platforms that provides a digital music streaming service. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This app lets you copy and share a song's link with anyone you want so they can listen to it, too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But that's not all\u2014Spotify also has a page that lets you <strong>Create a barcode for the song of your choice <\/strong>and upload it as an image so that others can scan it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In today's tutorial, you'll create this link and <strong>You're going to use a 3D modeling program called Tinkercad<\/strong> to shape it into a keychain <strong>and print it with your 3D printer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Basically, you're going to dedicate a song to someone in a very, very special way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"paso-1-abrir-spotify-y-elegir-la-cancion\">Step 1) Open Spotify and select the song<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On your PC, open the Spotify app and search for the song you want to dedicate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In my case, I'm going to choose the song by Alejandro Lerner called \u201cSecretos\u201d; in your case, it could be a song that means something to you or to the person you want to dedicate it to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"paso-2-copiar-el-enlace-de-la-cancion\">Step 2) Copy the song's link<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you've found the song you want to share, you need to copy the link. Click on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tinkercad.com\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">log in<\/a> top right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you're inside, go to 3D Design and select \u201cCreate a 3D Design,\u201d and your workspace will open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here, you'll need to click the button <strong>\u201cImport\u201d<\/strong> earlier, and then click the <strong>Import<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"paso-5-modelar-el-llavero-en-tinkercad\">Step 5) Model the keychain in Tinkercad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you've imported the barcode, you'll model the keychain using some very simple tools. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Don't worry if you don't know how to model or if my examples aren't enough; I'll post a YouTube video anyway to make it clearer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"corrige-las-medidas\">Correct the measurements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In my case, I'm going to change the size to 18 mm x 70 mm and leave the object centered on the workplane. <strong>You can do this by clicking on the corners and manually adjusting the dimensions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since the imported object is too tall, I'm going to change its height from 10 mm to 3 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The object should measure 18 mm x 70 mm x 3 mm (at least in my case; if you want to make it in different dimensions, keep in mind that the measurements must be proportional so that it doesn't warp too much).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"crea-el-codigo-de-barras\">Create the barcode<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you've imported the barcode and it has the correct dimensions, you'll give it <strong>a solid form<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1) <\/strong>Go to the \u201cShape\u201d window on the right and click \u201cHollow.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you do this, the object with the code should become transparent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2)<\/strong> Now go to the \"Basic Shapes\" column on the right and click on the cube.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place the cube on the work surface and make it the same size as the transparent barcode: 18 mm x 70 mm x 3 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" tall<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6)<\/strong> Now you're going to create a cylinder, place it on the workplane, and set its dimensions to the width of the
